I have reviewed and agree to the Maintain-IT Terms & Conditions. Specifically I understand that Maintain-IT does
NOT guarantee protection from all infections nor that the system(s) will never have an issue. Best efforts in the
opinion of SBBS Software & Consulting, Inc. will be utilized to protect your system(s).
I hereby authorize SBBS Software & Consulting, Inc. to charge the credit card provided for the
amount listed monthly until such time that services have been cancelled as per the Maintain-IT Terms & Conditions.
You may cancel at anytime with 30 days written notice.
I understand that my first charge will include a pro-rated amount for the current month of services and
the charges associated with next month. (i.e. if you signed up July 15th, your initial charge would be for half of July
and all of August).
I understand and agree that if Maintain-IT services are not properly cancelled I shall be responsible for the retail
price of a AVG Corporate License AND a Malwarebytes Corporate License for each system where the cancellation process
was not followed per the Maintain-IT Terms & Conditions. I authorize SBBS Software & Consulting, Inc. to process
my credit card for amounts due.
I have the authority to execute this agreement on behalf of said Individual and/or Company. A $100 charge will be incurred for each
disputed credit card transaction.
